  • Loss or Damage to Goods: Provides indemnity for loss or damage to goods resulting from:

    • Accidental collision/overturning of conveying vehicle

    • Theft, riot, strike and civil commotion

  • Cost of Goods Keeping: Provides indemnity for extra cost incurred for safe keeping of the goods following an accident.

Requirements

  • Completed Proposal form/Brokers Slip

  • Estimated Annual Carriage and Limit per carrying

  • Details/particulars of vehicles engaged for conveyance of goods

  • Completed Know your Policyholder form

  • Copy of Certificate of Incorporation for Corporate clients

  • Identification document for individual/sole proprietor client (any one of the below will suffice):

    • i. Copy of Data Page of International Passport
      ii. Copy of National Identity card
      iii. Copy of National Driver’s License
      iv. Copy of Voter’s Card

  • Policy/Endorsement document

  • Confirmation of premium payment
