Accidental Bodily Injury: Provides indemnity for legal costs & expenses incurred by insured due to accidental bodily injury to third party.

Accidental Death: Provides indemnity for legal costs & expenses incurred by insured due to accidental death of third party • Accidental damage to third party property.

Damage to 3rd Party Property: Provides indemnity for legal costs & expenses incurred by insured due to accidental damage to third party property.

Legal Cost: Reimburses insured for costs of legal representation

 

Requirements

  1. Completed Proposal form/Brokers Slip
  2. Annual turnover
  3. Aggregate Annual Liability and Limit per Occurrence/event
  4. Completed Know your Policyholder form
  5. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation for Corporate clients
  6. Identification document for individual client (any one of the below will suffice):
  • i. copy of Data Page of International Passport
  • ii. copy of National Identity card
  • iii. copy of National Driver’s License
  • iv. copy of Voters Card
  1. Policy/Endorsement document
  2. Confirmation of premium payment
