Wide Cover: The cover is available for individual or group of persons (employees, family or members of Club/Association).

24-Hour Protection: Provides 24-hour protection to the insured and his family members in respect of injury or death.

Worldwide protection: Worldwide protection to the insured and family members (No territorial restriction).

Flexibility of benefits: The flexibility of benefits option/selection to be chosen from by the insured.

Requirements

  1. Completed Proposal form/Brokers Slip
  2. Schedule of Benefits
  3. Data of all members of the group (For Group Personal Accident cover)
  4. Completed Know your Policyholder form
  5. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation for Corporate clients
  6. Identification document for individual client (any one of the below will suffice):
  • i. copy of Data Page of International Passport
  • ii. copy of National Identity card
  • iii. copy of National Driver’s License
  • iv. copy of Voters Card
  1. Policy/Endorsement document
  2. Confirmation of premium payment
