Features of Contractors’ All Risks Policy

 

Contract Work: Building under construction specified in the schedule of the policy resulting from any cause.

Public Liability: Indemnify you against all sums, which you be legally liable to pay in case of bodily injury, illness loss or damage to property belonging to third parties.

3rd Party Liability: Indemnifies you against accidental loss or damage to property belonging to third parties occurring in direct connection with the performance of the contract.

Requirements

  1. Completed Proposal form/Brokers Slip
  2. Completed Know your Policyholder form
  3. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation for Corporate clients
  4. Identification document for individual client (any one of the below will suffice):
  • i. copy of Data Page of International Passport
  • ii. copy of National Identity card
  • iii. copy of National Driver’s License
  • iv. copy of Voters Card
  • v. Copy of National Driver’s license
  • vi. copy of voter’s card
  1. Bill of Quantities
  2. Copy of a Photograph of the building
  3. Policy/Endorsement document
  4. Certificate of Insurance
  5. Confirmation of premium payment
