Features of LASACO Money Insurance Policy

Money in transit: Provides indemnity for loss or damage to money whilst in transit.

Money in Vault: Provide indemnity for loss or damage to money in Safe or Strong room

Money in Custody: Provide indemnity for loss or damage to money in personal custody of employee or Director

Safe during theft: Provide indemnity for loss or damage to money in the safe or strong room during theft

Money result Hold-up/threat: Provide indemnity for loss or damage to money in lost as a result of hold-up/threat.

Requirements

  1. Completed Proposal form/Brokers Slip
  2. Cash Inventory and movement records
  3. List of personnel involved with cash operations and limit of cash in operation
  4. Completed Know your Policyholder form
  5. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation for Corporate clients
  6. Identification document for individual client (any one of the below will suffice):
  • i. copy of Data Page of International Passport
  • ii. copy of National Identity card
  • iii. copy of National Driver’s License
  • iv. copy of Voters Card
  1. Policy/Endorsement document
  2. Confirmation of premium payment
