Experience

Ms. Omolola Bolusire is a seasoned executive, strategist and management consultant with over 25 years of professional experience spanning business transformation, public-sector delivery, corporate governance, programme management and operational leadership in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Concierge Solutions Place (TCSP), Abuja, and a Managing Partner at Techico Resource Solutions Limited (TRSL), where she has led strategic initiatives, systems development, stakeholder engagement and large-scale programmes across public and private-sector environments.

Ms. Bolusire has also held senior consulting positions with leading organisations in the UK, including BDO London, KPMG Canary Wharf, Netcompany, Thames Valley Police, Daily Mail Group and Vodafone UK, with responsibilities covering transformation, programme delivery, process improvement, technology implementation and stakeholder management. Earlier in her career, she worked with organisations including Kent County Council, Avios (British Airways), Carphone Warehouse/TalkTalk and MTN Nigeria.

She currently serves on the Board of VFD Group Plc, a company listed on the Nigerian Exchange, where she chairs the Corporate Governance and Remuneration Committee. She is also a Member of the Institute of Directors (IoD).

Ms. Bolusire holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ado-Ekiti and has undertaken professional training in areas including software testing, change management, business process modelling, customer service and business performance improvement.

Her professional strengths include corporate governance, strategic leadership, programme and transformation delivery, stakeholder management, systems development, risk oversight and organisational performance joined the Board of Lasaco Assurance Plc in July 2026.
