Lasaco Assurance PLC ( the Company) wishes to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), its shareholders and investion public of the company’s inability to file its Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the year ended 31st December 2023 within the stipulated period.
This is due to the challenges associated with the implementation of the International Financial Reporting Standard 17 . Consequently , the Company will be unable to file the First Quarter ,2024 Unaudited financial statements(Q1 UFS), However, the company has obtained an approval to file the (Q1UFS ) on or before 30th of July 2024,
The company regrets the inconveniences caused by late the submission of these financials
