Mrs Ibironke Babaita holds a Post Graduate Diploma & MBA in Financial Management from Abubakar
Tafawa Balewa University and an Advance Diploma and HNC in Computer Science from University of
Lagos.

She began her insurance career with Riskguard-Africa Nigeria Limited performing various roles especially in business development. 

She joined LASACO Assurance Plc in 2006 as a Marketing Manager and she has contributed immensely to the growth of several business portfolios within Financial Institutions.
In 2013, her proficiency and goal-driven marketing technique advanced her to the position of Controller
(HOD) Public sector, saddled with the responsibility of generating and managing insurance businesses
from Lagos State Governments, Parastatals and Government Agencies.

She is currently Deputy General Manager (Ministries, Departments & Agencies)
Her team spirit and leadership style are impeccable.

She has attended various high profile management courses both locally and internationally.
