Mr. Bukola Moradeyo

Internal Audit

Bukola Moradeyo has over thirty years post-graduation experience gained in the
Banking industry, Insurance Industry, Accounting firm and Consultancy. He is a versatile
individual with Audit (External and Internal), Internal Control, Corporate Governance,
Financial Management, Risk Management, Strategy, Compliance and Consulting
experience.
He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife with B.Sc. Accounting. He also
had an MBA from the same University. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Nigeria- (FCA). He qualified as a Certified Information Systems Auditor
(CISA) and also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He is PR328 ISO 9001:2015 CQI/IRCA CERTIFIED LEAD AUDITOR.
Bukola started his working career with Z.O Ososanya and co (Chartered Accountants)
after the mandatory one year National Youth Service Corp. He later joined Diamond
Bank as an Internal Control Staff and rose to become the Head, Regional Controls-
Upcountry. He was in the Banking Industry for about two decades before pursuing other
interest in consultancy. He joined Lasaco Assurance Plc in March of 2020 as Head,
Internal Audit.
He is a professional with a strategic mindset for continuous corporate organization
improvement.
