Requirements

1. Completed proposal form/Broker’s slip
2. Completed personal/guarantee form and counter indemnity
3. Photocopy of certificate of registration or incorporation.
4. Copy of article and memorandum of
5. Last three (3) years tax clearance
6. Copy of last three (3) years audited
7. Photocopy of the letter of award/detail of
8. Two (2) passport size photographs of at least two of the directors with residential addresses at the back.
9. Payment of premium in cash or bank draft.
10. Evidence of previous performance.
11. Collateral security – any of the following;

• i. Certificate of occupancy or legal conveyance of land either in Lagos or
• ii. Original vehicle particulars/comprehensive insurance of vehicle (value to the amount of the bond).
• iii. Any other fixed asset with insurance cover (our interest must be noted on the insurance policy).
• iv. Undated cheques for the value of bond issued

12. Bill of quantities
13. Completed Know-Your-Policyholder form
14. Client’s current residential address and phone number.
15. Evidence of means of identification (Driver’s license, National I.D. card or International Passport) .
16. Utility
17. Bond Policy document
18. Executed further indemnity to confirm pledged security
