Kikelomo (Kike) Kasim

MISS KIKELOMO KAZEEM Kike is a qualified Nigerian Stockbroker with varied experience ranging from Investment and Portfolio Management, transaction structuring and equity/mezzanine financing to Company turnaround strategy.

Past work experience include Ibile Holdings Limited (2014 – 2015), where she was responsible for Portfolio Management and Investing in new assets. During her stint there she actively initiated, drove, implemented and managed the overall Company turnaround strategy. Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) from 2008 till 2013 where she was part of the team responsible for a wide range of equity transactions and structuring to include the Main OneCable Nigeria (US$ 240 Million), the Cabeolica Wind farm power project Cape Verde (US$ ~78 Million), CAPIC Fund (US$ 15 Million) amongst others. She was an Investment Associate of Private Equity and Mezzanine Investing in the Evanston, Illinois (USA), office of Smith Whiley and Company. At Smith Whiley, she was part of the Investment Team responsible for investment analysis, transaction pricing, structuring, portfolio management and fundraising. Prior to joining Smith Whiley and Co, she had 4 years of Capital Markets and investment experience with WSTC Financial Services Limited, Lagos, a non-bank Nigerian financial institution, from 2002 till 2006.

Kike has a BSc. Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and an MBA from IIT, Stuart Graduate School of Business Chicago, where she majored in Financial Markets. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS Nigeria) and an authorized dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). An astute reader and volunteer, she is a member of the Go-Girls Chicago, a not-for-profit  volunteer  organization,  Volunteer  Toronto,  the National  Black MBA Association and Toastmasters International (Chicago).
